Confirmation Upon Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is made. Due to the high volume of attendees, no seats will be put on hold.
Payment is fully refundable if cancellation is advised in writing on or before 5 February 2014. If cancellation is advised on or after the 6 February 2014, no refund will be given.
A substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra cost, should the delegate be unable to attend, provided that we are informed in writing to email@example.com at least 4 working days prior to the event.
Delegates who do not show up at the event will forfeit their booking and no money will be refunded.
Changingtools.com Pty Ltd, keynote speakers, sponsors or the venue do not accept any responsibility for the damage and safe keeping of any goods or personal property brought to the venue before, during or after the event. It is the delegate’s responsibility to arrange adequate insurance to cover such items.
Catering can be tailored for special dietary requirements. Menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonal changes. Special food requirements must be specified with your booking.
Changingtools.com Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case a full ticket refund will be available or a free transfer to the next event.
Speaker's unforeseen circumstances
If a speaker cannot attend the day due to unforeseen circumstances, a high quality replacement speaker will be arranged. No refund will be given.
